This personalization is at the heart of every spa experience at U Med Spa, fulfilling the needs and unspoken wishes of each guest. Please don’t hesitate to advise our staff if you need any assistance or have any questions.
APPOINTMENTS
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time for you to change into a robe, complete our Guest Pre-Treatment Form and enjoy the amenities of the relaxation lounge prior to your service.
CANCELLATIONS
To ensure all guests of U Med Spa begin their treatment on time and receive the full spa experience we request that you notify us if you will be unable to make your appointment. To cancel or rebook your appointment we require 24 hours notice for any single service and 48 hours before any multiple or package services. A 50% cancellation fee may be applied for services cancelled after the minimum cancellation period. Full service charges may be applied if you fail to contact us or do not show up for your appointment.
Please note that the standard cancellation policy does not apply to Saturday appointments. Once scheduled, Saturday appointments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, cash, and U Med Spa gift cards.
GIFT CARDS
A U Med Spa gift card makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion, holiday, or cause for celebration. Gift cards are not refundable, not transferable, or redeemable on same day of purchase. Also, gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit and may not be combined with any other offer.
TREATMENT AREA
For the enjoyment of all guests, only those receiving a treatment are allowed beyond the reception area. To avoid the need to reschedule treatments, please make appropriate childcare arrangements.
Quiet Please
Please assist us in maintaining a tranquil spa environment. We kindly request that you respect other guests by turning off cell phones and keeping conversations to a whisper.
What to wear
Please disrobe to your level of comfort in order to enjoy your service. Robes and slippers are provided in your locker. We will also be happy to provide you with disposable undergarments for certain procedures. Our therapists are fully trained in proper draping procedures to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Please take a few moments following your spa experience to enjoy the retail boutique. You will find everything you need to continue your spa experience at home.
YOUNG SPA CLIENTS
At U Med Spa, we want everyone to have a safe, relaxing experience. We ask that our young spa clients be aware of the following restrictions:
Children under the age of 12 may not receive a massage, facial, body, or waxing treatment.
Children ages 14 and under must have a parent or guardian in the spa throughout the duration of their treatment. The client and the parent or guardian must also provide written consent before any services commence.
Nail Care: Children ages 8 and above may receive a manicure, pedicure, or polish change when accompanied by an adult.
Skincare: Teenagers between the ages of 12 to 17 may receive facial services and/or facial, arm, or leg waxing. Underage clients — clients ages 17 and under — may not receive bikini or Brazilian waxing services without parental consent.
Massage Care: Teenagers under the age of 18 may receive a full body massage with parental consent.
